We ship to all countries in Europe.

Please note - if you are outside the European Union, and your country has import customs limits for purchases shipped outside your country, you may need to pay import tax rates when the item arrives. Please research this before placing the order, as we cannot calculate or charge for them in advance as part of the order

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 to 9 weeks. Some may be just days because the stock may be within the destination country.

The best place to check the dates is on the product page on our website, we will update the expiration dates as soon as we know of any changes. Suppliers' dates are rarely set in stone, so we will be so frank and honest with you about any changes.

If we receive some stock, but not enough to fulfill all pre-orders, we will ship on a first come first served basis - and send an email to all unlucky enough not to receive your items, confirming the next delivery date to make sure that you are happy to continue with your order.

Note - if your order includes pre-ordered and non-pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped when the last item goes into stock.

If you change your mind about an order, let us know by sending an email to help@infogeekstore.com and we will refund your money.

Don't want your order anymore?

Simply return your item within the first 7-Days to us and we will return your order when we receive the item.

All returns must be in their original packaging, otherwise, we may reject the return.

Just be sure to put your delivery note (or something showing your name and order number) in the package so that we can get the refund to you as soon as possible.

Our goal is to process all returns within 3 business days of your arrival.

Simply return your item to us providing details of the size you require on the delivery note and we will send your new item as soon as possible
